Boo! is based in Greater Manchester. We provide marketing support to small UK businesses.

If you enquire about our goods/services or have done business with us, we may hold

information about you such as telephone number or email. We will only use this information for the purpose it was collected. We will never sell your data or share it with 3rd parties.

Website privacy

We only collect email addresses that you choose to share with us. We use your email to keep you up to date with useful marketing news, tips, and advice. We will not bombard you with emails. If you don’t contact us or give us your email, we do not have your details.

If you contact us about the support we provide, or become a customer, we add you to our email list. If you do not wish to be included, please let us know. We do not share your data with third parties unless you give us permission.

We are about providing business support to help develop and grow businesses and charities. Our support is flexible and approached in a way that creates and develops long-term relationships. We do not undertake sales or cold calling.

Financial details

If you decide to use our services and pay by BACS or direct bank transfer, we only hold the information your bank share with us – name, amount, reference. We have no control of this information or around payments. You are always in complete control.

Data sharing

We do not share your data. Your information is held in the strictest confidence and all data is stored securely in the Cloud. We only use mainstream software with secure login details.

Where your data is kept

As with most small businesses, we do not have any tailor-made software – we use mainstream packages for everything from our customer records, to email, to accounting.

This means that much of our data is held in services in the USA. We have picked mainstream suppliers with appropriate security standards. We keep most data in systems that keep their servers predominantly in the EU. Special category data (about your health, orientation, beliefs etc.) is not held by us.

Data retention

We have long-term relationships; we therefore retain information for 5 years from the last point of contact. This retention  period is in accordance with HMRC and insurance requirements.

If you are not an ongoing client and do not wish to keep in contact with us please let us know by emailing: and we will remove you from our systems.
